Required raw materials:


- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 carrots, diced

- 2 celery stalks, diced

- 1 onion, chopped

- 4 cups chicken broth

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

5. Place a spoonful of the dumpling dough over the cooking chicken mixture. Cover and cook for another 15 minutes, or until dumplings are cooked through.

6. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.
