Searing Steak

First choose a fresh steak, make a secret sauce and marinate the steak for a while. After soaking it in the delicious sauce, place it in a cast iron skillet and turn it over and over to give it a mouth-watering exterior, then place it in the oven until it is cooked through. You can even put some side dishes on your plate such as onions, cherry tomato, carrots and potatoes or even French fries!

Place chicken breasts coated on both sides with flour, in a pan until each side is golden brown, then transfer to a plate. Add the cream cheese to the pan and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Return the chicken to the pan, cover and cook, then transfer the chicken to a plate filled with hot egg noodles. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until tender. Stir well and season with salt and pepper. Pour the creamy spinach sauce over the chicken and noodles.


Garlic Butter Shrimp

After cleaning and washing the shrimp let them soak in cold water until you are ready to use them. Heat the oil in the pan over medium-high heat and add the shrimp, salt and pepper, stir it occasionally.

Cook the shrimp until they are pink and then set aside. Add the garlic to the pan, stir and add the butter, Italian seasoning and lemon juice. Stir in the shrimp, gently stirring to combine everything.

Mix the flour, yeast, salt, oregano and garlic powder together and stir to combine. Add the water and olive oil, make a dough and knead until soft and smooth, drizzle with a little olive oil and let the dough rise, then bake in the oven.

Prepare the toppings: sliced mushrooms, diced green peppers, sliced red peppers, sliced red onions. When the dough is ready, spread the pizza sauce over the dough, add the cheese and parmesan. Top with the prepared toppings. Place the pan on the stovetop and heat the cheese on high heat to brown, then cool it slightly.


Skillet Jambalaya

Stir the seasonings and spices into the chicken to mix thoroughly and marinate in the refrigerator. Once marinated cook it in a cast iron Dutch oven. Remove from pan and place on a plate to keep warm.

Add the chopped smoked sausage to the pan and stir for a while, then remove half of it and place it on a plate to keep it warm.

Add the chopped onion, bell pepper and celery to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes, add the tomatoes and sauté again. Stir the jambalaya mix into the pan, making sure to mix the rice and spice mixture thoroughly. Pour the chicken stock into the pot, stir well and bring to a boil.

Bring the jambalaya to a simmer and top with the chopped chicken thighs and the remaining sausage, along with some parsley, and serve.
