One-stop Processing Line

Cast iron line

In order to produce high quality cast iron cookware, our cast iron is melted at 1600 degrees, 7 stages, 78 types of processing equipment, 143 processes, 16 inspections, and 20 tests to produce qualified products.

Key technology:

First, medium frequency melting and casting: high density and pure iron.

Second, high-precision molding: stable, standard shape and uniform thickness of pot blank.

Third, frequency grinding and polishing: smooth surface, anti-bacteria and easy to clean, exquisite beauty.
Enamel line

First, a base glaze is applied to the cast iron pot body. After firing and cooling, a covering layer is applied (one or more times).

The ground coat is a transitional layer that is bonded to the cast iron pot body. It requires a very strong adhesion.

The overcoat is applied over the base glaze, which covers it and gives the cast iron pan a smooth and beautiful surface while avoiding rusting.

Enamel coating in a variety of colors, customizable.
Nitriding Line

Nitriding is a surface-hardening treatment that prevents rusting in uncoated cast iron pans.

The cast iron skillet is immersed in a salt bath solution at a very high temperature.

This process allows the salt to release nitrogen and to a lesser degree carbon,then penetrates the surface of the cast iron cookware, hardening it.

The nitriding treatment improves the hardness of the cast iron cookware and resists corrosion.

Our rust prevention tests: 5% sodium chloride solution in a salt spray chamber for 2 hours; 4% acetic acid for 2 hours and boiling water brine for 1.5 hours.
